- Front desk lady was polite and quick to address my questions. - Awesome lounge with nice chairs and fancy coffee/latte machine and tea - Jessica was super helpful, clear, concise, and friendly when explaining the repair process - I was given a rough estimate and they repaired car much earlier than their initial estimate - 5 Star, will definitely recommend Chapman!

Took a little longer than expected but not centers fault as the parts were not ready for them. Super satisfied with the constant communication. This was appreciated as we didnt have to keep guessing what was going on.
