People are very nice but communication became difficult when Dave Priewe went on vacation, no one was really in charge and information hard to get, but in the end my car was fixed and I would recommend Caliber.

There is a ding in the back which was not there before, we checked the photos taken when I brought the car, the ding was not there, It is not a big deal and I am letting go. I also asked for a scratch to be examined and repaired out of my pocket, but no one called me with an estimate, I called to find out and was told that someone will let me know, when I picked up my car, the scratch was still there but no one knew about it. The original person assigned was Dave Priewe, he went on vacation and things were different. Again, I am not complaining, just being honest, since you asked.

Every one that I dealt with was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Artejai was very communicative throughout the process and kept me well informed. The team went above and beyond to make sure the car was fully restored to its working condition, and even cleaned it up nicely. I would absolutely recommend Caliber to my friends and come back myself if needed.
