Fast and competent. It did take a couple days to start repair despite having an appointment.

The quality of the repair was very disappointing. The bumper is not properly aligned, and the headlights were also not aligned correctly. The replacement headlights do not appear to be the original Toyota manufacturer parts and look/perform noticeably cheaper than the original equipment, especially at night. The paint work was also poorly done. There are areas that were not painted correctly, leaving visible white marks and unfinished-looking spots. Additionally, there were multiple oil/grease stains throughout the interior of the vehicle that were not there prior to the repair. It appears the vehicle was handled without sufficient care or protection while the work was being completed. Overall, the repairs appear rushed and unfinished. For the amount of work done to the vehicle, I expected much better attention to detail and quality.
