I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision after my truck was involved in a hit-and-run accident. The quality of the repair work was exceptional, you honestly cannot even tell my truck was ever involved in an accident. It looks great. What impressed me just as much as the repair itself was the communication throughout the entire process. I was kept updated during every phase of the repair, and everything was explained clearly, including the extent of the damage, any issues they discovered, what needed to be done to correct them, and how the repairs were progressing. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely concerned about making the process as easy as possible. From the front desk reception team to Kevin, who guided me through the entire repair process from beginning to completion, I felt informed and taken care of the entire time. They completed the repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing collision repair work.
