My first contact was with Aubrey, who was very polite and helpful. She made me feel like family and that my situation mattered. Next I had contact with Giovanni, who was so professional and explained everything in detail. After I dropped off my baby (car) Gerber was excellent in keeping me apprised of the progress on my car. At one point Giovanni called me to let me know of a part they had to order, but it would not change the completion date of August 28. In fact the body and paint crews got done a day early. Now here is the best part. The next morning I got up early to hand wash my baby, and I noticed what I thought was a scratch on the hood. I called Gerber and Giovanni told me to bring in my car. He had his paint crew look over it and noticed it wasn't a scratch, but adhesive from the hood decal. They buffed it off, and I was good to go. I hope I never have weather damage on my baby ever again, but if I do, I'm 100% going to take my baby to Gerber Collision and glass.
