I had a truly great experience at Gerber! The customer service at this business is excellent. My vehicle was completed in a timely fashion and I was kept updated regularly regarding the progress of the repair job. When my vehicle was returned to me, I could not believe how good it looked so much so that you would never have known that it was involved in a collision! I would like to especially thank Adam Faust, the general manager, for his professionalism and excellent customer service. Adam clearly explained the steps and the timeline for repairing my car. As a result, I felt very confident working with Gerber and will be sure to let my friends know about this business as well. Thank you, Adam, for a great Gerber experience!

I will definitely refer Gerber to my friends. These folks are very easy to work with and very professional in both their customer service skills as well as in their work on the vehicles. The entire process for me was smooth. Before the collision, I had not even heard of Gerber. I am so glad that they are also located close to my house and that made it so convenient for me as well.

I communicated mainly with Adam Faust who is the general manager there. He is very responsive and explained to me in detail regarding the process of getting my car fixed. He was clear in his communication and was truly patient in answering my questions or concerns. It was also very easy for me to make an appointment to bring my car in. The entire staff was very customer oriented and I felt well taken care of.

The staff was so friendly. The women at the front desk. I'm so sorry I don't remember her name. But she was an angel. Just very sweet and attentive. Adam was wonderful. Made the process so easy and answer all my questions. I have never had any body work done on a car before. So I had lots of questions. The communication was great! What a lovely team of people to help in a stressful situation. Hands down would recommend to everyone to go here!

The entire process was completed quickly and smoothly. They’re very helpful when arranging for a rental car to pick up. The work is excellent. The staff are friendly. We’ve had multiple cars worked on at Gerber. We will continue to come back if needed.
