This is the best customer I have EVER experienced. From initially walking in, the employee at the front desk welcomed me and greeted me. Paul who was my point of contact for the repair was attentive, had grate communication front start to finish, and was extremely happy help get us back on the road. I honestly don’t think a 10 is a high enough score. The remembered our car, they remembered our name, they truly make you feel like you are at the right place. We’ve had work done at other collision centers, but the work and the service here are unmatched. Thanks Paul and team for taking good care of my family.

Again, BEST customer service we have experienced. This should be the template for everyone else. Paul was great and everyone we interacted with was great.

Impressed by efforts to keep me informed pod each stage in the repair. Also thank you for working with my insurance and dealing with any questions that came up.

Would recommend due cooperative staff in proceeding with repair and cooperation in dealing with insurance.

I was impressed by the stuff in charge of fixing my equinox. I was informed at each step of delays in receiving repair parts and when the work would resume. I really appreciated the help in being the middle (woman) in dealing with my insurance and promptly send chirps so that my insurance could evaluate and approve the estimate. All in all I was impressed by the cooperation and efficiency the staff at the repair facility of at O’Reilly dealership. Again, thank you for the excellent service..J. Obregon.
