First of all, my Estimator, Angela Cook, knew her stuff in explaining what work was needed on my car. However, it turned out additional time was needed to complete these repairs. She did really great keeping in touch and explaining everything what was being done. If I knew someone to get repair work done on their car, I would certainly recommend Caliber Collision and definitely ask for Angela Cook.
