They did a great job but given the fact that I had a scheduled appointment, I was surprised that it took nine days to make the repair. Seems excessive. They should be sourcing the parts for same day or next day shipping (if needed).

I was very impressed with the real-time updates on the progress of my Dodge. In addition, when I picked it up the advisor was excellent in explaining what they did and my car was detailed in and out. I would love to come again. Unfortunately, your services are very expensive so I would have to space out repairs. Ironically, if I get another collision that another insurer pays for, I would have something to look forward too.
