It was great! Marcella helped me when I first came in I couldn't get my trunk to open and she looked it up and I was able to get it opened and showed me how. Also I talked to her about what was going on in my life and things were tough because I'm starting over and she understood and sent me information to get some credit help. Marcella was amazing the entire time and she really understood what I was going through and was a great help! I will recommend you guys always not just because the great work done in my car but because of Marcella and her amazing help!

Marcella was a great person and a great help she helped me open my trunk because it was stuck. She also understood that I was struggling starting over and she sent me financial help information to help. The repair itself was very good. The multiple delays and having to pay for rental was disappointing. They did not charge me for the $118 which insurance did not cover. That was nice. I'm disappointed they didn't keep their word about covering one day of rental. It seems like once I paid them they could care less.

Manager offered to cover extra day for rental. I explained I am being billed for 4 days, asked if they would cover one of the days and she agreed. When I picked up my car I mentioned it to Marcela. She said she would take to manager about it. I never heard anything, I followed and and left a message with front desk and still have not received response.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful, genuine, and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Ricky kept me updated almost daily on the status of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind. He also did an excellent job replacing my driver’s side mirror. The quality of the repairs and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
