The idea of having the vehicle there well parts are on order that took two weeks for a one hour two hour of Labor repair is really irritating. Any other body shop I've been to will order parts and call you when they're all in. I would never recommend you to any of my friends because of that fact

Estimators all seem to be very capable and eager to help the customer. Not sure that the shop repair staff are as capable, or managed as well, as they could be.........

Engine compartment was coated with heavy dust and battery hold down 'J' hook was missing when picked up.
