My speakers worked fine before I took my car in and were blown out after.

They, of course, denied blowing out my speakers but fixed them for free. However, they were clearly unhappy because three interior screws were left on the floor of the back seat, a small hole burned into the back of the passenger front seat, the spare tire covering left crooked so the hatch door didn't close properly, and lots of white dust everywhere when I picked up my car.

I am not very satisfied at this point. I was told my car was ready I drove the hour to pick it up and there are gaps that shouldn't be there, the right panel wasn't replaced and is still buckled, the paint job near hood didnt cover well and I was told before picking it up that everything had been checked and passed quality assurance. So, I had to leave my car and the buckled panel will have to be replaced, paint touch up, and the hood needs to be adjusted so the passenger side doesn't have a gap I can fit my finger in.

Whole experience started out a nightmare. I tried contacting the repair shop for 4 days until finally I called claims adjuster. She connected me to Anthony and he apologized and said they weren't receiving all the messages I had left. Turns out the shops phone line was somehow bugged and messages were being sent to a closed number. Next thing I know we call after 3 weeks to check on repair status and was told Anthony had been transferred. Maurice was now handling our claim and he had tried to call and tell us. We discovered Maurice had somehow been given an old California number we hadn't used in 15 years. We aren't even sure how the old number came about with this claim.
