The body shop missed the original completion date by two and a half weeks. Even though they had my truck for almost 7 weeks, things that were supposed to be fixed were not. There are problems with the work that was done. Paint flaws, fender doesn't fit right, bumper chrome isn't right, etc.

They didn't repair the front part of the cab and as a result none of the parts that bolt to it, the fenders, hood, headlights, etc. line up. The bumper is off an inch from the fender on the passenger side. They had it 2.5 weeks beyond their 3.5 week estimate and tbe work is shoddy.

I'm only rating it a 2 because they claim they'll be able to fix it. Of course they said the would be able to do the repair and do it in a timely manner when I first brought it in and they failed.
