Robin can be very rude at times, acts like you’re bothering her, has an edge to her .

I had my van repaired and picked it up on Jan. 5th , when I got it home I noticed the back up camera was not working, my driver side door would not lock and the worse of all is the roof had holes in it that was supposed to have plugs in, if my daughter and I didn’t notice it my van would of been flooded because it poured down rain Jan 6th. Had to take it back January 8th , have asked for an update, still waiting for a call from Terry.

I have my van there now have called 4 times and collision shop says they will call back , spoke to Robin and they never call back , poor customer service , and they act like you are bothering them

The work was done well but with so many vehicles needing repair, it took 9 months to actually get the car in. If you can wait, would highly recommend.
