When i picked up my vehicle i was really happy with the repairs and the communication from the shop. Christian did a great job with handling the claim and Chaz is the perfect shop to be a part of USAA's program.

There was some confusion with the original estimate and when my wife came to pickup the car, some of the damage had not been repaired. That was fixed and looks good as it should. Only thing was that it was an inconvenience to have to run back and forth and it came close to the end of our rental car support.
