The front office team did a great job on helping me through out the process. Hilary and Christian were very helpful and made sure my vehicle got fixed on time. I appreciate the effort that the team put forward. Honestly I would say Chaz Wasilla may be one of the best shops out of all other Chaz repair shops. Thank you Chaz Wasilla

The work I need done was done right. But my car was not returned to me the way I dropped it off. My back seats were laid down, my truck space had dirt all in it, a piece of the bumper was left in my car, and the whole inside of my windshield was dirty.

I was never called when my parts where in and to make an appointment. I waited over 3 weeks of my initial call (trying to give them the benefit of the doubt). I got tired of waiting so I called to see if my parts were in and if I could make an appointment to get my cat fixed. They said, "Oh ya we have your parts, they were delivered a while ago".

Thank you. The only down thing was. I waited a little extra for my parts to be ordered. I brought my vehicle in for inspection. Got a date to bring in vehicle. The day of I was told my parts were never ordered. Other wise thank you!
