I had an insurance claim, with minor damage to the bumper of my vehicle. The assessment of the damage, and the the diagnosis for my vehicle took under 30 min... I believe his name was Christian. The waiting room was so much more enjoyable , at Chaz. No air gun noises... very great staff, including the receptionist. Who is on everything, professional and makes sure your insurance claims; that involve a rental are timely. On top of all of the other great things... the young mechanich, whose name I do not know, came out to talk to me 3 times. This involved a huge paint job on the bumper . I would recommend Ch
