I would possibly recommend the shop, just not the Manager, Mark, and state that they are not willing to accept responsibility for parts that were "thrown away" after they were told to keep them all since day 1 or apologize for walking off on a customer during interaction regarding their customers questions and unhappiness.

Miranda and Lacey were pretty good and I would deal.with them again. The Manager, Mark, had problems answering my questions about my bill, where my parts were, and mileage. Then actually walked off from the conversation and has still not handled making it right and that the grill they removed has not been replaced or returned to me. He called to have me pick truck and there was a big scratch and a ripple in the flames that they just painted and tried passing it off as the same as the other side. Very poor customer service on his part
