Initially satisfied until I found out no effort was made to notify me of a significant delay in the repair of my RAV4. At that point, I'd give Check Collision a rating of 1. Kevin̈ from Toyota of Dartmouth took the lead and expedited the repair. My rating then goes back to an 8 until I have my hatch brackets replaced, then it'll go back to a rating of 10.

While there was a wait for an appointment. When the car was delivered on the scheduled date. Check took the car in and called with an update within 4 days. They performed the repair as scheduled and I had great communication with the staff. Would recommend their services

Overall, I had a very good experience with Check Collision. The quality of the repair and the appearance of my vehicle are excellent. The right side of the car looks brand new, and I was also very impressed with how clean the vehicle was when I picked it up, both inside and out. I do have two concerns that I hope can be addressed: 1. Since the repair, the front passenger door requires noticeably more force to close than it did before. It no longer closes as smoothly as the other doors, and it seems to need an extra push to latch completely. I’m not sure if this is something that will improve with normal use over time or if it needs to be adjusted. 2. More importantly, when driving at approximately 55 mph or above, I hear a significant wind noise coming from the front right side of the vehicle. I’m not sure whether it’s coming from the passenger door, the window, or another area. I also don’t know if air is actually entering the vehicle or if the weather stripping or seals around the door or window are not sealing properly. This noise was not present before the repair, even after the accident and prior to the repair work. Other than these two issues, I am very satisfied with the repair and appreciate the excellent work and attention to detail. I would appreciate it if someone could inspect these concerns.
