A couple of times my calls were not returned within 24 hours. In addition, I was told it would be ready at the end of the week, but when that came around, and I called, I was told it wouldn't be ready until the end of the following week. I understand that unexpected things can come up, but I should have been contacted and told, rather than having to call and be surprised about it. Other than this, the staff were helpful and pleasant.
