The sensors are falling out on the rear bumper and a right plastic panel is popped out. I am going to have come back to get these fixed.

I had some issues initially after picking up my vehicle with the rear parking sensors popping out which cause my car to randomly slam on the brakes and the rear side panel clip not properly attached but I was able to bring it back in and got it resolved.

All good. Took longer than expected and the automated reminders didn’t help saying the vehicle would be ready when it wasn’t. But all in all repairs went well

Rene was kind but the lack of communication from Mark P. was very disappointing. I dropped my vehicle off on July 20th. On July 24th, I was advised my vehicle was ready. I traveled to pick it up on July 25th just to find all repairs hadn’t been completed and it was filthy. Rene contacted Mark P. Mark claimed he hadn’t been advised of additional repairs though Rene said he told him. On July 30th, I had to call to check the status of repairs and was told the part wasn’t in yet. On August 6, I received one update from Mark stating the part came in, my vehicle should be ready the following day and I would receive a call. I never received the call so I called back on August 14. I was told Mark said he had called and left messages. This was false. I had someone take me to pick up my vehicle to find it was again filthy inside and out. I met with Mark and expressed my frustrations in his lies and lack of communication as well as the condition of my vehicle. A cleaning detail was offered if I could wait another 20-30 minutes. I was unable to and advised such. Another individual came over and attempted to clean the vehicle by spraying and wiping the inside of the door trim. I informed him I couldn’t stay. I was also disappointed that my vehicle accumulated almost 2 miles on the first day I had dropped it off. There was no need for my vehicle to leave the lot for repairs on hail damage.
