From my understanding the hood had to get painted twice because there was a blemish after the first paint job get catch when I picked the truck up Friday the detail work sucked there was Polishing Compound left everywhere both side view mirrors all around the cowl all over the front bumper and headlights and part of the edge of the hood near the cowl never got sanded picked it up today (tusday )Mark the surface advisor in the office when I brought it to his attention on Saturday he personally washed it himself thank you mark I'll give him a 10 for addressing my issue i do have a portion of the hood where they sanded the edge the second time has rubbed through on it I'll touch it up myself

It began with an eight. I didn’t know it would take a month for me to get my car back, but I do know there were significant damage when I did receive it back. I had to end up taking it back to Toyota, but it turned out there were only clips missing from two areas of the vehicle. My final score. I would say would be a 10 John who was in charge of my repair was great.

CCT got it right where it counted - communication, courtesy, and doing a good job in the end. I'll go there next time I have body work to be done.

Ryan was phenomenal to work with. My only complaint was that they missed the fact that my bumper wasn't all the way repaired when they put the new one on. There was a bent clip they'd missed in the initial inspection (which is totally 100% understandable) but in the end my bumper was crooked and that somehow passed QC. Ryan was apologetic, gracious, helpful, and very professional. And in the grand scheme it's no big deal at all. But just because I had to catch it myself, I'm giving them 8 instead of 10.
