Had tires rotated and balanced and when I left the steering wheel shook so bad from tires out of balance I had to return to dealership and wait another 40 minutes while they corrected the issue. Also, after showing Liz the crack and near tear in my seat to ask if they could repair or recommend someone, she failed to mention this to the tech..and of course he was totally unobservant and when I got my vehicle back the seat was completely torn and of course no mention about helping get it repaired. I had a battery replaced and They tried to up-sell me on needing a new battery terminal connector for $38 because the said it was broke and couldn't be reused. I looked at it and with a crescent wrench ands screw driver got it removed and it was totally reusable. Asked for the $10 alignment check and when I got my bill they charged me for a full 4-wheel aligned without consulting me so I asked to see the printouts and there was only toe-in out by 2 degrees and Liz said - oh, We just went ahead and did the adjustments while it was on the rack. For these reasons..I will NEVER take my vehicle to Cherokee Toyota nor will I provide any positive reference. This was without a doubt the worst xperience I have ever had at any repair facility. Discraceful and totally unacceptable for a Toyota dealership. And while I'm at it, the young service manager has a bit of an attitude and probable should find another line of work.
