I have recommended this shop to everyone over more than a decade, but my recent experience makes me have second thoughts. It took far too long for such a minor repair. The lack of communication is also a huge factor in my rating; previous repairs I've had at this shop came with daily status updates.

The only thing that shows anything has been repaired is the new-looking door moulding that contrasts with the faded original. I guess that's not the body shop's fault because new parts are not faded, but it definitely stands out. Strange thing about it though, that wasn't one of the panels that was damaged in the accident. I don't know what happened to make it look like it was replaced with a new piece.

I didn't really have any customer service. No one ever contacted me about the status of the repair unless I called or emailed to ask. Zero communication took place unless I initiated it. And even then the completion date was conflicting information.

Good people to work with.Follow up calls were good (except when CJ was out of office) New Back up camera is not fully functional however and will need to bring back in for wiring to be corrected. Will probably have to have back in shop for 1-2 days.

I would use them again, but it would have been a better experience if I would have been told that there was an issue and the car would not be ready rather than me having to call everyday and getting a different story.
