The car seems to be back to normal. I haven’t really checked everything out in detail yet, but so far so good. The only feedback I would give is regarding the timeline. The estimated completion time consistently showed Thursday 6/11 at 1:00 PM in your system, and I even received a text message saying the car was on track to be finished that day. However, it wasn’t actually ready until the following day. My suggestion would be to make sure those timelines are as accurate as possible, or perhaps build in a 1–2 day buffer so customer expectations are better aligned with the actual completion date.

Had to bring car back after initial repair due to aftermarket parts being used. Body lines didn’t match up and the hood was not centered. Also plastic push pins where missing holding plastic inside fender and outside fender to hold in place brought it back second time and everything was fixed to expectations
