When I picked uplease my car it was dark but it drove like new was happy with work. The next I noticed that the silver trim had been removed from over the front tires. I called as soon as I was able to ask that's when they informed me that the trim was on back order.

The shop called me twice about scheduling repairs and the estimate despite the claim being filed in my wife's name on her car and me telling them they had to contact her for everything. I appreciated the correspondence but would have preferred they contact the correct person since I couldn't answer their questions anyhow.
