I had to check with them for several days on completion of my truck.We received texts starting four days (7/23)ahead that it was on track to be completed and ready on 7/27.it was frustrating for me to call them each day and check to see if it's ready because each day i called i was told they would be working on it that day. it was only a rear bumper to be installed (a couple hr job at most ) finally on the 3rd day (7/29)of my calling they had to call their manager to get things moving. it was ready on day four.

The work on the car was nicely done. But the mechanic who or service person that drove the car to the spot where I picked it up should of been able to see that the tire pressure on the driver's wheel was at a 16psi .and as a service person even though that wasn't the reason for the vehicle been there I feel the safety of your services should of been a concern,before allowing a client to drive off your lot. [Just my opinion as a customer. ]
