Having your car vandalized is a terrible traumatic experience. It leaves you feeling very vulnerable and not knowing what to do. However, your company made sure I was aware of the process of the repairs and you kept me abreast on when I could expect my car. I am very thankful that I received my car earlier than predicted. Thank you again for your company’s professionalism and keeping me updated on my car repairs. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Thank you again.

Service, timing, quality of work, car rental arrangements were wonderful! Courteous, knowledgeable. My disagreement was with judgement of accident coverage requested but questioned and did not support in their egotiation with the insurance company.

The worst repair experience EVER! I came to you all with an insurance claim to replace my two passenger side rims that were cracked and tires due to a pothole. I also asked if the driver side tires could be replaced to match the passenger side. Before the incident and even after, my car was in perfect condition. It was more of an aesthetic fix as everything was still working properly. When the work was complete I received notice that the only additional damage that was found was a small crack in my tail light which was fine. I figured I’d handle that later. When I go to pick up my car I am now being told by the receptionist that my drivers side front tire will not hold air due to a cracked rim. This was shocking to me because my tire has never had any issues holding air and I have taken my car to the dealership for schedule maintenance and nothing was ever reported. There was a tire person at the office during my visit and he went out with a tool to seemingly fix the issue. He told me that the tire was fine and that all he needed to do was tighten a part to keep the air in and that my rim was fine. I pay the 1,600.00 dollars and drive home. I wake up in the morning to run an errand and I discover that my front drivers side tire is flat. I put air in it and proceed to drive. At that point my tire light came on as well as a message stating that my tire pressure monitor system is inoperative. At this point I’m furious because again, my car has NEVER had these issues before taking it to Chesapeake. I make an appointment to go to Mercedes to have it looked at, as I have lost all trust in Chesapeake. After Mercedes diagnosed my car they inform me that my rear drivers side tire pressure sensor was damaged, my front drivers side valve stem was damaged, and even further that the tires placed on my passenger side was put on INSIDE OUT. I call Chesapeake to request a refund and they tell me that no work was done at their shop, that they use a vendor to perform work and that they are not sure if I will be able to get a refund. They ask for the invoices and I tell them as soon as I have all of the invoices, I will email them over. I am currently awaiting a response to this issue, but judging from my previous interaction and lack of concern and empathy shown to me as the customer, I can assume that I am not going to be able to recoup any of money. So as it stands i paid $1600.00 for Chesapeake to damage my car and then another $1300.00 to have Mercedes fix it. That is a grand total of $2900.00. I will never go to them again and I would advise anyone else who is considering them to absolutely NOT.
