The paint was not matched enough but I was told it'll blend as the paint age. Overall I'm ok but that was a serious concern.

I had a great experience with everyone until the day of pickup. I informed the man who gave me my car that there was something white on the passenger door. It appeared to be scratches. He rubbed it and said it was probably a compound. He asked if I wanted him to take care of it. I said yes. He took a few steps as if to walk away to get a towel or something. He came back stood between me the door of the car and turned his back to me and appeared to rub the car. When he moved I saw that he was scraping the door with his thumb nail. He told me it was organic and should come off with water. Needless to say that was unacceptable. He appeared to be the only person there on Saturday at 9:30am, so I could not express my concern to a supervisor at that time. We have since had icy precipitation and the white compound is still on my car. I did not expect that I would have to clean my car after picking it up from the repair shop. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the inside of my car was thoroughly vacuumed and my husband's lost camera was found. Unfortunately, the compound placement (completely away from the site of repair, the scraping of my paint and being told that I could basically clean it myself) was less then desirable to say the least.
