The staff was Awesome! I didn’t know how to take out the car seat! The manager came to take the car seat out and then when I returned the rental car she took it out and put it in my vehicle. The young man Brandon was outstanding !

When input my car in your shop, one headlight did not work. When my car came back to me, neither headlight works. Other than that, the rear bumper work looks good

Fender Flare was not repaired properly. The fender flare was flapping off the vehicle at point closest to the ground. You could see parts that were supposed to be glued down. There were paint drips on the fender flare.

Receptionist was attentive. When I had questions about repairs, the manager seemed irritated but answered all of my questions. Communication was not great when it came to updates about my vehicle.
