Fender Flare was not repaired properly. The fender flare was flapping off the vehicle at point closest to the ground. You could see parts that were supposed to be glued down. There were paint drips on the fender flare.

Receptionist was attentive. When I had questions about repairs, the manager seemed irritated but answered all of my questions. Communication was not great when it came to updates about my vehicle.

I was completely satisfied with my service. The communication lines were always opened and everyone always kept me informed about new dates if something needed to be delayed as far as parts for my car, calibration for my car and etc. With my car being a 2026, i expected for the time frame to be a little long with the repairs because we are currently in 2026 and not everyone has worked on those cars yet but my car looked as good as new when i bought it :)

Chesapeake Collision did a remarkable outstanding job on my 22 year old car. I joked that the bumper looked so good I needed to get the rest of the car done. They did a wonderful job cleaning it inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful with answering my questions. I can't say enough about this company and their customer satisfaction rating #1!
