Not only did Chestatee fix the damage on the car, but they did a detailed cleaning on the interior and exterior of the car as well. This totally unexpected and greatly appreciated.

Did not have a lot of conversation with the service personnel. When we dropped it off, the estimator looked the damage over and gave us a quick estimate. Our insurance company called Chestatee a day or so later and collaborated on what needed to be done. The insurance company provided Chestatee their view on what needed to be done and Chestatee took the insurance proposed fixes and did exactly what the insurance company wanted. Jan and I were not brought into the discussion between the insurance company and Chestatee. When we picked the car up, the final bill came out exactly as had been directed for Chestatee to do by the insurance company for the exact price Chestatee provided the insurance company.
