Zach was my contact. I was told that the part I needed and would be ordered, a subaru bumper, may or may not be a subaru part and it could be a refurbished part. The part I would get would fit my car and would look fine. I was told I could petition Allstate and they could okay the actual subaru part which would cost a little extra. He told me most of the time they approve this request. I contacted Allstate and made my plea. It took a week for them to say no. It ends up i got the subaru part anyway. I took my car in on a Wednesday and was told it would be a week or so. The following Tuesday I called and spoke to Zach but he was with a customer, he said he'd call me right back, he even verifyed my phone number. After waiting an hour I called back, no answer just leave a message, which I did, that was about 4:15. It was almost 5 so I called again, no answer just the machine and I left a second message. No one called me back. The next morning I waited until 8:30 and drove to the shop. When I arrived the reception person, who is always nice, said she was going to call me. The shop manager, who was sitting behind the desk, said he was just about to start a staff meeting and directed me to have a seat. I sat and within minutes he told me my car would be ready by the end of the week. He didn't stand up, he didn't walk from behind the desk to speak to me directly, he just said that loudly to me. It was ready Thursday afternoon, I picked it up soon after the call. So, I am not particularly impressed by the customer service I received. I would not recommend Chestatee Ford Collision. I had a minor accident and my insurance company sent me to CFC. I hope I will not need there services again. My time is valuable and I feel they did not respect that at all.
