After a tree branch dented in my F150 roof I brought my truck to Chestatee Ford Collision. They did a perfect repair job. My truck was repaired in a timely manner, cleaned, and returned. I got regular progress updates and the Chestatee Staff was professional and friendly.

This would be a 10, but the loose/missing bolts on the rear calipers

Very happy with how the collision shop handled the repair, interfaced with AllState, kept me updated. However, after driving it a few miles i noticed some noise coming from underneath. Inspecting this at my home i found that the bolts on the rear calipers were only finger tight, and the bottom bolt on passenger side had fallen out. Luckily Advance Auto had replacement in stock and i was able to repair in my driveway Sunday evening.

The repair was very well done. Communication was the issue. We had to generate communication, our calls were not returned when promised. We were told the car would be repaired in 4-5 days, the repair took 2 weeks. No one called to explain the delay, when we called we were promised a return call which never happened. We were told the car was ready, when we arrived to pick the car up they were surprised to see us. After waiting an hour for the repair shop to clean the car and finish the paperwork we were finally able to get our vehicle back. The repair is fine, the communication was extremely poor.
