Although I expected my truck to be in a long time due to repairs due to parts delays and the extensive work to be done, I could have been satisfied if the work was done correctly and the communications were accurate. 1. I called several times and was updated on progress that was later reported as false. “It’s been n paint. Won’t be more than a few more days.” Then to hear, “ It’s almost ready for paint.” 2. The rear window defroster was damaged. On my way home I noticed that the heat bars were light in some areas. I activated the button and it failed to come on. This window was replaced under warranty in the first year at Chaestatee Ford. I called about it and have not had a response. The damage is on the inside, so likely to have been rubbed off during headliner installation. (My guess) 3. .The paint was very well done and consistent. It matches perfectly. However, the weld seams were not properly prepped. There is weld slag or trash on the outside of the weld joint that has granular protrusions that is painted over. I have no confidence that this will not be rusting in 6 months. 4. The weld seams are off in the front next to the windshield and wavy going back. On the divers side the unevenness is off 1/8” and is clearly visible. The other side is less obvious, but should have been filled with a slight effort. I would say it is passable, given the condition of the other side, it should be corrected as well. I expect the weld seams to be refinished to eliminate the granular trash and then evened at rhe front. The drivers side is too uneven to be corrected without metal work. I expect to inspect the repair before painting. I also expect that Chestatee Ford will provide a truck for my use during this repair. Also repair rear window defroster.

Communications left a little something to be desired. I was not texted about delays in availability, nor when it was available to pick up. My daughter picked up the car last Thursday, I received a text today that my car was ready for pick up.

Low only because of lack of communication unless prompted by me and we must take the car back to be fixed after 30 days to let paint cure

8- very nice and courteous however it took 3-4 weeks to complete then we pick up the car and there are places that were not fixed,paint wasn’t smooth in one area and 2 bubbles in one section of the painted area
