Everyone was terrific. They were a big help in getting my car out of storage when the ins. was taking they’re time doing so . The weekly updates were very helpful. Answered all questions and concerns. Could not have been more pleased.

Office staff is beyond meeting the customer's needs, the manager is so nice and the lady in the office is too. I appreciate the interactions we had, short and to the point. If I ever need a repair again, I'll be going back just because of those two women! My repair looks so beautiful!! They did an excellent job, I'm very satisfied!

They lost the special valve stem cap when they replaced the tire. The trunk lid did not work when I picked up the vehicle. I later inspected the trunk lid, and discovered that it has two actuators that pop the trunk up when the button is pushed on the remote, or the emblem is pushed on the trunk..... the left actuator was 'lost' when the trunk was removed to put in the tail light assembly. The remote button only works about half the time now, and the release in the emblem on the trunk works about 1/3 of the time. They tried to adjust it once, but it didn't help..... When they repainted the rear bumper, they were going to also touch up a few other places.... it looked like a 3rd grader did it. I told them not to try to touch up anything else, I could do much better by myself. On a good note, Jennifer, in the office has been VERY good about calling twice a week giving status updates, until the repair was completed......
