Jeremy did a really good job in replacing my rear bumper. It was a really quick an easy job, it didn't take very long to do. It was already painted an ready to go when I brought my car in to have the new one put on.

Very unpleasant experience. The owners are excellent and I can’t say enough good things about them. My issue is with the body shop, that despite my repeated requests to get my car fixed even with me paying out of my own pocket, it took 59 days and contacting the owner to get my vehicle fixed. Unacceptable, especially since I had to pay over $1200 out of pocket for a car rental

They did a great job. I don't have any concerns with the vehicle so far. They even cleaned it, which I appreciate. Everyone was very friendly. I just wish there was a bit more communication. I'm still very satisfied and would use them again.

It seemed to take a long time to get the parts and get the car fixed. I guess that’s just part of the process. But when I got my car back, the outside was clean, but apparently you don’t clean the inside of the car which was completely dusty and an unacceptable.

Let me tell you this. Mike, as body shop manager, was terrific throughout this process. And so impressive is the craftsmanship of the tech who I had requested to work on my car as he did do they work on my car once before, and what a superior job he did that time. That's why I asked that he do the work work this time as he did such a terrific job last time. The tech I'm referring to is Jerremey Koff, a very talented craftsman. And I believe he is also one of your body shop estimators or at least was at one time. I can't say enough good about this man and his superior workmanship / craftsmanship. This is not an anonymous review. I am Robert Burdick who just picked my car up from your body shop this past Thursday March 26th.
