Getting Acurate updates on my vehicle was poor, if I called and talked to Ted or Belinda they would give me the latest on what was happening, if and when they called she would tell me " it's in paint" usually I found it Not to be the case.

Still waiting on my car to be completed. The dealership cannot give an estimated date of completion. I have been stuck in a rental for months. This process has been a complete disaster and I feel like it could have been handled much more professionally.

Overall, I have been underwhelmed with the level of service from this dealership. I was promised updates every Tuesday and Thursday and only received brief phone calls with little to no information. Then I was asked if I wanted to let the body shop fix some other scratches on my car, which I appreciated them asking while they were still working on the other damage. However, I have been waiting for an airbag sensor for weeks now and due to the length of time I've spent waiting I feel the cost of the other repairs should be waived.
