Poor quality control, everyone has been very polite, but I dont think anyone looked at work product prior to calling customer and saying its ready. Hey went to go pick up and found issues with said work. To my knowledge as of this response not aware the issues are yet corrected as vehicle still there. Been a long time customer of this dealership and expect more, everyone has been nice etc. but this response speaks to quality of work performed and what is or is not deemed acceptable
