My traverse work was not completed I feel. My passenger door still gets rough to open and close as it did after the accident and my panel cover on the passenger side insert is missing

No communication. Glass still in vehicle when we picked up. New glass very dirty never wiped off after replacing. Had to rent a car way too long for this simple job.
