Service was great however, after I picked up my car it started running hot. It was leaking water from the upper coolant hose on the side of damage. Not sure if it got penched while replacing but it was definitely pour out coolant.

I took my Grand Highlander to the Chevrolet Service center to get a bump on my back lifting door. The receptionist was ready with the papers of my insurance. She was very kind and professional. The the man that was to evaluate the damage and create an estimated was very professional and helpful. In less than an 1 hrs. Date to be fix was given. It was fast and smooth. I bought the SUV to be repaired they drove me to Enterprise to rent a car and in 4 days my vehicle was already fixed. They did a great job. Looks like new. I will totally recommend the Chevrolet Service Center, they have vast experience and very professional workers. 100% satisfied.

I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of mine and my wife's heart for fixing our VW Tiguan in such a short time period and the professionalism you all expressed while speaking with us and fixing our vehicle. When my wife picked up the vehicle she did notice some very slight imperfections but once we brought them to your attention you guys went right away and fixed it for us without hesitation. It's that type of customer service I hope every dealership and collision center strive to achieve.
