Communication was a little lacking. Was goven an estimated completion date, never contacted to let me know of updated time line when it wasn't met. Went to pick up car after completion was said to be done and had damage still on the front end. Ordered part that monday, I waited until the following Wednesday to check on part delivery. Was told he just sent someone to pick it up right before i called. I understand they are busy, but when you have an error on your part, Communication is key. As for the final outcome, I was very pleased.
