The employee estimated a 5 day turnaround for repairs, but the body shop ordered the wrong door which added 2 weeks to the repair time. This cost me an additional $400 in car rental fees that I was not expecting. I followed up with the body shop every few days on the status of repairs and was always told that the body shop almost had all of the parts needed to complete the work and would just need a few more days. I would have preferred to keep my car until all parts needed for the repairs were onsite to save the $400.

Logan and Gabe did a great job of communicating with us frequently with every step of the process!! Our car was fully repaired and cleaned. Unfortunately there no was gas left in the tank when we picked it up.

You guys are always great. 5/5 stars. If there’s one negative comment I have to say though, it’s that when my car was returned to me, the interior was absolutely filthy. It took me like 3 hours to vacuum and wipe everything off the interior.

Both Logan and Gabe provided great customer service. They were very patient answering all the questions about how the process works when working with insurance claim. They always picked up the phone and available to answer any questions. Both team members also collected couple of items (parking tag, EZ pass transponder) I forgot in the car before the drop off and made them available for me to pick up at my convenience.
