They did great work. Communication was very poor. Initially took me three days to get a return call to set up an appointment to drop my vehicle. Then was told unsure of how long it would take to get my vehicle repaired. There was no update initiation from the shop. I called weekly and had to make 2-4 calls to get someone to answer or return my call about my vehicle. I was told there might be delays due to parts possibly being on back order but no information about receiving the parts, then 1 week later my car was finished. Wish I was giving more timely updates. Even text messages or an estimated time frame would have been great.

I dropped off my car at the end of 2022 and it took about 3 months to get it back which I understand it takes longer for my parts but that’s not what has be totally dissatisfied. The lack of communication during the whole process was upsetting to say the least. I had to call in every 2 weeks to just get an update even when they said they would call me back in a few days or later that day. There was only one time where they called me in the 3 months of having it but not only that when I finally got it back there was black smudges from what I presume is from someone’s hand that was working on the car on the interior door handle (which is white). And to really top it all off I placed some spare change in a roll in the center console and it seems to have disappeared which they claim they don’t know anything but I know I left it in there on purpose for this exact reason. I don’t even know why they needed in my center console at all. I definitely will never be coming back here and I absolutely will not recommend anyone to go there either. In the end they fixed it and it looks nice and they got everything done that needed to be done but the process was abysmal.

Either mis-communication or mis-understanding led me to believe that once I brought my car to the shop - since I had an appointment - the car would be worked on right away. It was at least a week before a bay opened up and they could start working on it and parts delays kept it in the shop for an extra week beyond my 30 day rental insurance. I was not informed of the delay in parts until I called the shop.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jared and his team! They made an unfortunate situation as good as it could have been. The work they did on my vehicle was amazing and my car looks brand new. Jared was professional, personable and efficient. I appreciated his timely responses to my questions/calls. Would highly recommend this body shop!

Repair was good, guys were nice, but my car was left in a mess. White dust on front and back seats, dash, vents, doors, etc. I had just had it detailed two days before dropping it off and have to take back again.

I would absolutely recommend Chevrolet of Troy. This was my first accident in over 50 years. They were perfect in alleviating the anxiety in this process. The staff was very friendly and professional!!!
