long story short, they caused my Freon levels to drop due to the "hot box" and claimed that it with the new freon being so small that it naturally leaks over time, I talked to several mechanics and they said that is not true. I paid the bill, but will never bring our vehicles to your service dept again. I have also shared my experience with my family and friends.
