I will be bringing the car back tomorrow morning. The interior door plastic is not connected properly and catching. The hood is not aligned with the fender properly. There is a missing fastener in the engine bay, the paint has some imperfections and some scratches were not removed. There is also a horrific squeal when braking to which I don't feel safe driving. Sorry!

Everyone was nice and courteous and seemed to be very experienced in their business. They were great about keeping me updated on the progress on my vehicle. I have only driven my car.A short distance since I got it back, but everything seems to be functioning correctly.And I am happy with the experience with Chico's and I would recommend them to other acquaintances of mine.

Ohh, I feel like they didn't fully assess my vehicle if they did, they would have found the issue with the Syrian column. Also, shortly after retrieving my vehicle, the check engine light came on. I did take it back to the shop and they said it was an O. Sensor and it wasn't part of the original accident

As I was driving out of town the steering went out. I took it to a shop out of state and they stated that the steering column was bent. I told them that it had just been in a front end accident and I had just gotten it back. They believe the issue was caused by the accident and had asked why it wasn't repaired. I told them I was unaware of the issue.

I did not expect the car would be fully detailed after the repair. It looked very nice. Juan was clear, honest and business minded and gave me an estimate right away. Other shops did not do that. That was very impressive. Leticia, the administrative assistant, went above and beyond helping with getting my carseat in and out of the loaner car and kept me posted when it was time to pick up my car. Raymond was helpful and professional when I phoned with questions. The man who did the repair said hello and seemed very happy to have done the work. I was very happy with Chicos Auto Body. They were recommended by a friend and I can see why!

Better than a job well done! The second time I have had to use Chico’s. They do an outstanding job and my car was returned to me all detailed. Looked brand new. Highly recommend Chico’s Automotive. 😊
