So they truly did go above and beyond! Chico himself actually drove me from his shop to enterprise to pick up my rental car and when I was able to get a loaner from the shop I was able to call them and they picked me up again to take me to the shop. They fully detailed my car and it was FRESH when I got in. They really care about customer service. I only give them a 9 because after I picked up my car from the shop I took the kids out to eat I got stranded for an hour because the bolts on my battery got loosened to the point that it just wasn鈥檛 attached anymore and it wouldn鈥檛 run. I was very fortunate that a mechanic parked next to me and figured out the problem when I was scratching my head trying to figure out how to jump it. He righted the bolt and I was good to go. Other than that they did absolutely astounding!
