The staff at Chico’s really believe in customer service! Not only were they happy to give me rides to and from my car, but they went the extra mile in cleaning the inside of my car. They found $10 and some change in cash, which I had no idea it was even there and left it respectfully in a cupholder for me. I’ll definitely be back to this excellent business!

Juan and his staff are amazing!! They blew my expectations AWAY!! I had multiple parts of my vehicle customized and they were able to get it done so fast, which is great so I can get back on the road! They made my truck look better than when I bought it!! 100% would recommend for ANYONE to get ANYTHING done!!!!

I cannot say enough good about the amazing experience I had with Juan Lopez and his son, as well as the crew’s work, at Chico’s Auto Body. My old paint-faded and well aged Honda got a wondrous facelift that was really classy and looks really sharp. The team at Chico’s were able to remove the blemishes time and the elements had sculpted across my car and repainted my car in a satisfying two tone that looks fabulous. When I spoke with Juan’s son on drop off, he said he had a great vision of how he thought it would look. I trusted his judgement and said, “It is in your hands, I believe you will make it work! You are the pro here, surprise me!” And he did—the color is a beautiful dark metallic that emits different hues in different light! Superb choice! They even detailed the inside—it has that new car smell again! I would not hesitate to bring Juan all my car body work and paint needs, and I highly recommend their outstanding personal and genuine customer service. I got text message updates through the entire process and they let me know at every step where my car was in their process. Juan and crew are the real deal; if our country was run like he runs his business, I think we would be a lot further ahead and the rest of the world would want to copy us! Thank you so much, Juan and crew! Its like I feel I was working with a friend instead of a run of the mill business. All they need to be even more successful is to repeat how they treated me, with each client—and they do!— such good karma will come back on them in spades! I am humbled by this experience.
