In my first conversation with the adjuster from the insurance company she forwarded the appropriate information to Chico's and just as she and I finished our conversation a representative from Chicos called me. I was told I could bring the car over right then and I did and the work was begun right away. It was explained to me that a second Shop would be handling part of the work. When I came back a day later to retrieve some things out of the car I was shown how the work was going forward. The work was finished by the original estimated completion time and I am very pleased. I was very kindly dealt with, like having your family take care of something for you.
