Evan though it took over three months to completely repair my car, the wait was worth it. My insurance carrier (Farmers) refused at every turn to approve factory parts for my very new, five month old Lexus NX 450. It was because of the tireless efforts of Juan to only put in factory parts that my car was restored to its original condition. I'm very grateful for his efforts. Chicos did a fantastic job.
