My car was in chicos possession on Atlanta hwy in Montgomery Alabama, for about a month. I was the victim in a wreck and my car was sent there to be repaired through an insurance company. Although Joe was a nice guy, there was zero communication with me about the state of my vehicle and when I picked it up (expecting my car to be fixed) I was surprised to find out when I got there that my car battery was dead. Joe explained that it’s because it was sitting and they had quote “nothing to do with the battery”. He sent me on my way after jumping it off and said I “should be fine”. Again… I’m picking up my vehicle that is supposed to be fully repaired. The next day my car didn’t crank and I had to buy a new car battery for almost $200. While I understand they were responsible for only repairing aspects from the wreck - my vehicle should have never been returned to me with a bad battery considering the battery was freshly a year old, and if it’s because it was “sitting” then that is on Chico’s since they were in possession of my vehicle for a month, it should have never just been sitting in the Alabama heat. Regardless I’m very disappointed and this was never communicated to me UNTIL I picked up the vehicle even though I talked to joe on multiple occasions about my vehicle. I was recommended to go to chicos and I wish I wouldn’t have listened to that person now. Hopefully something can be done to make this right….

Customer service was absolutely great. Joe assisted me with a happy smile. Delivery was on time. The repair was flawless better than I imagined. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Kudos to excellent customer service.

So far, most everything was great. The thing I didn't care for was asking to have debris removed that was not on the car when I left it. There was tape residue on the rear passenger door. Also, I had to clean some substance from my passenger mirror. Very smudged. Today, I noticed my center console/arm rest has "something dark" on it that must be cleaned before it sets in. Oh yeah... I have 2 to 3 lights on that I cannot clear, that apparently I must take it to Jack Ingram to clear. Not thrilled about that either. Otherwise, seems like everything is okay for now. If not, I will contact you. Thanks!

Everyone was very courteous and customer focused. This is not the first time I have used Chico’s. They mad my previous 2009 ram look great, and that’s why I didn’t hesitate to entrust them with my 2021 Ram. It looks immaculate!!!

My gas tank door is knocked off the hinges to where I have to use tape to keep the door shut. I was told they dont repair that.
